Pigro Will Be at Smau, the Event Entirely Dedicated to Innovation for Businesses

On October 20–21, Pigro will be in Milan, at FieraMilanoCity (MiCoLab), to take part in Smau.

Now in its 54th edition, Smau is Italy’s leading trade fair dedicated to Information and Communication Technologies. It’s a must-attend event for companies and potential clients looking to build new connections and develop business relationships.

Smau and Startups

There are many reasons why Smau is a key event for startups: it provides the opportunity to meet new potential customers and companies interested in partnerships.

It’s also ideal for startups that are:

  • planning to expand internationally

  • preparing to launch a new product or service

  • looking to gain national media exposure

Each startup will have its own booth, where it can carry out the various activities promoted during the event.

Activities

All participating startups will be able to present their business through a 90-second speed pitch during a Smau Live Show, which can also be followed via live stream.

Startup Safaris will also be organized — guided tours among the booths to foster connections with visitors.

It will be possible to take part in round tables and organize meetings ahead of the event by clicking the “Request a meeting” button on the dedicated page of the Smau website.

The “Smau Innovation Award” will be presented to successful companies and local authorities, and each startup can nominate one of its own clients for the prize.

At the end of the first day, there will be a “Smau Unplugged” event, exclusively for exhibitors, to encourage networking among businesses.

The event will also host international players interested in Italian innovation, as well as journalists who may invite companies to participate in interviews.

Pigro’s Booth
