Categories: “Company Prize” and Special “Accenture Award”
Pigro, a startup providing AI solutions for enterprise knowledge management, has been selected as one of the five finalists for the Company Prize at the annual Gaetano Marzotto Award. This category rewards the “best innovative company capable of generating significant positive impacts in the social, territorial, cultural, or environmental fields.”
The prize includes €300,000 in cash provided by Progetto Marzotto, and an additional €25,000 business support program by CUOA Business School.
The Accenture Special Award, on the other hand, is a special category within the “Prize for Enterprise” and is assigned to “a startup operating in one of the sectors of interest of the Gaetano Marzotto Award, granted preferential access to Accenture’s Open Innovation network.” The Accenture Award will take place on October 26.
Progetto Marzotto Association
The Progetto Marzotto Association was founded in 2010 by Giannino Marzotto in memory of his father, Count Gaetano Marzotto, a renowned entrepreneur known for his ability to merge business, society, culture, and territory.
Among its goals, the association aims to identify, especially among young people, those who stand out for courage and intelligence and turn ideas into action.
This year, the initiative includes €3.3 million in prizes, the participation of over 6,000 startups (with 600 finalists) and numerous partners.
